Andrew Lientz, VP Managed Services, EdgeCast
Andy Lientz brings an extensive background in reporting, data mining, and application development atop large-scale data warehouses. He has built several platforms to perform data processing on low cost hardware, has built a production grid system, and an optimized data server appliance. He has expertise in various database structures and approaches to deal with hundreds of millions of household records or terabytes of collected data. Prior to joining EdgeCast as VP of engineering, Andy started Harvest Solutions - a web analytics provider - in February of 2000. In April of 2005, Harvest Solutions was acquired by CheetahMail (an Experian company) to build out their advanced email capabilities using web analytic data. After working with CheetahMail and growing their West Coast technology office, Andy started the Digital Advertising Services group (DAS) at Experian. Experian DAS was instrumental in helping many companies bring offline data to online targeting. Andy has an MS in electrical engineering from UCLA and a BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
